UVAL contributes to the preparation of documentation of the DPS, the Ministry of Economic Development (MISE) and publications by government bodies other than the MISE.
In particular, UVAL:
collaborates on the drafting of the DPS’s Annual Report on Territorial Development(in italian) and supports the Projects, Studies and Statistics Directorate and the Head of Department in the overall coordination of the Report;
in collaboration with the entire DPS and with MEF, analyses and drafts the preparatory materials for programming documents, notably the Economic and Financial Planning Document (DEFP)
conducts analysis and drafts preparatory materials for the General Report on the Economic State of the Country (RGESP) regarding the areas covered by the DPS, which is overseen by the Projects, Studies and Statistics Service;
collaborates in the preparation of a number of official periodicals published by government bodies other than the MISE, either through representation on their scientific committees or by drafting specific parts of the publications.
