1994-1999 programming period

Community actions provided by the 1994-1999 programming period were concluded on 31 March 2003. The term “closing” refers to the submission of final payment demand to the European Union on behalf of the Authorities responsible for action implementation.

The European Commission received the documentation on the ERDF-cofinanced programmes from the Office for the Policies of Community Structural Funds – Department for Development and Cohesion Policies of the Ministry of Economy and Finance.

The forms, agreed between the European Commission with the Member State, Regions, and the bodies and/or intermedium organisations responsible for management, must compulsorily be used for the final payment of contributions, as stated in the minutes of meeting hold on 30 April 2002 by the headquarters of the Department for Development and Cohesion Policies of the Ministry of Economy and Finance.

Forms for the 1994-1999 programmes closing

The following forms must compulsorily be used for the certification of final expenses and the final financial payment of the 1994-1999 Community programmes co-financed by the ERDF:

  General table for each Fund in excel-format. Programming, costs, public and private contributions, implementation, commitments and payments
• deferment of expiry date for payments to the programmes of the 1994-1999 programming period (doc, 32 kb)
