 RPA Database and CPT eXplorer

Tables and related information on Regional Public Accounts are available only in Italian. Users can select and download RPA data through 3 different functionalities: a static data navigation tree (offers a selection of the entire set of RPA data tables), a dynamic data navigation tree (permits the access to the entire set of RPA data available and allows for data analysis) and a direct access of the RPA database (permits the access and download of the entire set of RPA data available). RPA data, available from 1996, is classified for expenditures, revenues, sectors of intervention, economic categories, level of government – for both the public sector and general government.

The first time you access RPA database, the system will ask you to register by filling out a form. Subsequently, you will be able to access by simply entering your user name and password. If you have any problems, please contact: contipubbliciterritoriali@tesoro.it

Access to the RPA database

CPT eXplorer, an innovative and interactive tool to explore RPA data and indicators, is also available. CPT eXplorer is the Italian customization of OECD eXplorerlink to external website and it is a bilingual web-based application, in Italian and English, developed by the National Centre for Visual Analytics of Linköping University in Swedenlink to external website, according to the OECD Global Project on measuring the progress of societieslink to external website.

CPT eXplorer includes more than 70 indicators directly related to the analyses available in the volumes of Regional Monographs (in Italian), and permits to compare, organize, reflect on data, to understand relationships among information and to share suggestion, indications, considerations on data and indicators.
